Property:
JWRH-MM is a high-efficiency lignoamine-type
emulsifier. The emulsion prepared by JWRH-MM
has good compatibility, adhesion and stability.
It is suitable for tack coat, fog seal, cold
mix and other applications. Considering its
low cost and good compatibility with stones,
it is desirable for engineering on road that
is not traffic intensive.

Note: User shall determine the dosage according
to real conditions.
Application Guide:
Melt the asphalt in an appropriate vessel and
keep at 135-140°C. Mix calculated amount
of the JWRH-ZM emulsifier and water at 55-60°C
to make a solution, modify the pH to 2.5-3.0
by hydrochloric acid. Pour the resulting solution
and molten asphalt in a colloid mill.
Note: pH control is crucial. pH meter is recommended.
Package & Storage:
Package: 50KG n.w., plastic barrel; 200KG n.w.,
iron barrel.
Storage: It shall be kept in a well ventilated
place at 38-50°C. Avoid direct sunlight.
Storing at above 60°C or prolonged heating
is not preferred. Shake or stir before use.
