Introduction:
Fast hardening triacetin was developed
by Jingwei Chemical based on its expertise in
the manufacture of cigarette filter auxiliaries.
It passed evaluation in April 2001, and was
awarded "2001' New Product of Shanghai"
in October 2001 and "3rd Prize of 2001'
Excellent New Product of Shanghai" in May
2002, authorized by the Economic and Trade Commission
of Shanghai. It is a colorless, odorless, non-toxic
low-viscosity liquid. It can make cigarette
filter rod harden within 15-30 minutes. while
still achieving good hardness, 87-92% as required
by the nation standard.

Property & Use:
Colorless, odorless, non-toxic oil. Used as
fast hardening adhesive for cellulose acetate
cigarette filter. The cigarette filter rod treated
can be hardened within 30 minute. It can save
cost and improve productivity in cigarette manufacture.
Application Guide:
Spray or brush it evenly on the cellulose acetate
fibers, in the rate of 6.5-8.0% W/W.
Package & Storage:
N.W. 200Kg/barrel, galvanized iron or plastic
lined iron barrel. It shall be kept well closed
and in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Avoid
fire, freezing and direct sunlight. |
