Light yellow transparent liquid, mild and resistant to base, with good antistatic and emulsifying effect. Used as antistat in synthetic fibers and resins, as conditioner in hair care or bathing products, as emulsifier in cosmetics and agrochemicals, antirust agent, metal cutting lubricant, surface cleaner, electro-plating additive etc.
