Chemical composition:Benzalkonium Bromide Technical index:(conforms to "China Pharmacopocia",2000) Item index Appearance wax-like solid or yellow colloid Content of active substance (dry matter),% 95.0-105.0 Properties and Use: This product is yellow colloid under normal temperature,gradually become wax-like solid gradually at low temperature;It is fragrant,has very bitter taste;and its aqueous solution submit alkalescence reaction,shake to produce quantity foam.It is easily to dissolve in water or alcohol,tiny dissolve in acetone and not dissolve in ether or benzene.This product has capability of bactericide and dirt-removing simultaneously,and the effectiveness is quite strong and rapid,without corrosion for metal,does not pollute clothing.The property is quite stabilized,is easy to store,This product belongs to bactericide and disinfectant medicine kind.Its dilution solution is used for washing hand(0.05-0.1% concentration,soak for 5 minutes) before surgical operation,skin sterilized and fungi influence(0.1% concentration),sticky membrane disinfection(0.01-0.05% concentration),utensil disinfection(put in the solution of 0.1% concentration,boiling 15 minutes then soak for 30 minutes again).Cannot be used at the same time with soap,salt kind or other synthetic detergents,avoid use aluminum vessel.When disinfect the metal utensil,need to add 0.5% sodium nitrate for rustproof;cannot be used for disinfect cystoscope,ophthalmology apparatus and synthetic rubber.It is weak for Gram(-) bacillus and enteroviruses and no effective for tuberculosis bacillus and gemma bacillus. Packaging and storage: The net weight is 50kg/plastic barrel.Avoid sunshine and be sealed.Handle with care,guarding against shock and freezing during transporting.
